Questions about plans
What are tokens?
Tokens are how AI measures text. An English word is roughly one token; revising a paragraph usually uses one to a few thousand tokens.
What happens when I run out?
AI and voice pause until the next reset; you can still edit, save and export. The trial allowance resets daily and the subscription allowance monthly.
How does the yearly allowance work?
You pay once a year, and the allowance resets monthly just like the monthly plan. Unused allowance doesn’t carry over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel under “Manage subscription” on your account page, and keep using Wuffi until the paid period ends.
Who handles payments?
Polar handles payments and invoices; Wuffi never sees or stores your card number.
