WUFFI / TERMS
Please read these terms before using the Wuffi web app (app.wuffi.app). By signing in or using the service, you agree to these terms and thePrivacy policy。

Wuffi is an online writing tool provided by Gary Studio, including Markdown editing, cloud documents, version history, voice input, AI revision suggestions and file import and export. We may improve or change features at any time; if we remove a major feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
You sign in with a Google account. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for all activity under it. Each person may use only one account for the free trial. You must be at least 16; minors must have a parent or guardian’s consent.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with every feature and an allowance of 15 voice minutes and 50k AI tokens a day. No credit card is needed and you will not be charged when it ends. After the trial you can still edit, save and export documents; AI and voice require a subscription. Signing up again after deleting an account does not start a new trial.
You can cancel anytime under “Manage subscription” on the account page. It will not renew, and you can keep using Wuffi until the paid period ends.
When your allowance runs out, AI and voice pause until the next reset; documents keep working normally. To keep the service reliable we may limit bursts of requests, and AI or voice may be briefly unavailable when overall usage is unusually high.
You own the documents you write, the images you upload and the files you import. You allow us to store, process and transmit this content (for example saving it to the cloud, sending it to AI or converting formats) only as needed to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models or for advertising. You can download all your data or delete your account at any time.
AI suggestions come from third-party models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to others’ content. You decide whether to use them and are responsible for what you adopt; please check before publishing. To the extent the law allows, the AI suggestions you receive are yours to use.

We work to keep the service reliable and back it up daily, but it is provided “as is”, without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please download backups of important documents regularly.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using or being unable to use the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid Wuffi in the 12 months before the event. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You can delete your account at any time. If we decide to shut down the service, we will give at least 30 days’ notice so you can download your data, and refund subscription fees for any unused period.
If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from these terms or the service are subject to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection law where you live provides otherwise.
